Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please email socialdanceshoppecustomerservice@outlook.com within 10 days of delivery to address any issues or concerns.

Shipping

  • The processing time required to fill an order varies from 1 to 14 business days. For more information, please see the details displayed at the checkout and/or your order confirmation email.
  • All shipping is sent through USPS and UPS.
  • Items marked “delivered” by the USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 
  • Shipping costs may vary
  • Depending on where you live, shipping is estimated to be from 3 to 10 days.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date shipping information.
  • To make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
  • If an item is not delivered to the wrong shipping address, please email socialdanceshoppecustomerservice@outlook.com, and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

International Shipping

At this time, there is no shipping outside of the United States.
